Education Programme
The main objective of the Programme Education is to reduce economic and social disparities within the European Economic Area (EEA) and to strengthen bilateral relations between Poland and the Donor States (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) at all levels of education.
Priority areas of the Education Programme:
- continuing education,
- management in the education sector,
- Institutional cooperation for the enhancement of quality and relevance of VET and Continuing Education,
- development or modernization of the educational offer of VET/continuing education establishment, inluding redesigned curricula;
- development or modernization of local/regional/national strategies/policies for VET and continuing education,
- child welfare education.
UW actions:
In the first edition of the Education Programme (EOG/19/K2/W/0004), the University of Warsaw received a total funding of EUR 93 020.00 and implemented a project under Component II – mobility in higher education. As part of the first edition, 6 student mobilities to the Donor States, 1 mobility from the Donor States, 2 employee mobilities to the Donor States and 1 mobility from the Donor States were carried out.
In the second edition of the Education Program (EEA/21/K2/W/0009), the University of Warsaw received a total funding amount of EUR 91,510.00. As part of Component II „Mobility in higher education”, the following mobilities were implemented:
- outgoing mobility – to Donor States:
- 7 students
- 7 employees (5 STA, 2 STT);
- incoming mobilities – from Donor States:
- 1 student
- 5 employees (1 STA and 4 STT).
