Once you receive an accommodation offer in one of our dormitories and confirm it, you will receive reservation fee details. 

Reservation fee should be paid within 7 days from the day you receive instructions from us. Confirmation of payment should be sent to iro.incoming@adm.uw.edu.pl. Once you check into the dormitory, the reservation fee becomes your deposit – you will receive it back upon the check out, if no damage was done.

Reservation fee applies only to the university dormitories. If you were assigned a place in the university guest house („Hera” or „Sokrates”), you will have to pay a deposit upon your check-in.
