4EU+ for Ukraine IRO Study Visits
The event will take place on November 9 – 15th, 2023.
During the event, participants will visit 4 partner universities of the 4EU+ alliance:
- Charles University in Prague
- Heidelberg University
- University of Milan
- University of Warsaw
The main purpose of the event is to share knowledge about working in International Relations Office, presentation of the structure and the role of IRO staff of each university.
On the second day of the visit, November 10th, participants will also be able to take part in International Conference: „Enhancing Collaborative Initiatives in Education and Research between European and Ukrainian Institutions„ hosted by the Charles University in Prague operating under the auspices of the Eastern Partnership University Cluster (EaPUC).
Representatives from both European and Ukrainian universities will come together with a shared goal of bolstering their collaborative endeavours.
Each participant will be asked to prepare a short max. 15-minute presentation on: “Specific examples of successful cooperation between his/her university and European universities – what type of cooperation, impact on the university, challenges and obstacles, perspective and vision for the future”.
