Students with citizenship of an Eastern European country* who are enrolled at a university in Eastern Europe can apply for a full winter school fee waiver awarded by Santander.

• The fee waiver is eligible for the following courses: Forced Migration and Sustainable Development
• The German Welfare Model: Social Market Economy
