Number of scholarships and length of stay:4 scholarships for a period of 1 month in 2025

Who can apply: BA and MA students

Eligible units/fields: all

Financial conditions:

  • scholarship of 930 Euro
  • the cost of travel, insurance, subsistence and accommodation is covered by the scholarship holder

Required documents: in Polish

  1. Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
  2. Curriculum Vitae including information about achievements, distinctions, awards etc;
  3. research plan of the internship with indication of the scientific supervisor at the University of Hamburg;
  4. cover letter justifying the choice of the foreign host university;
  5. certificate of average grades for the entire period of study approved by the dean’s office/secretariat.

  3. confirmation of knowledge of German (not applicable to students of German studies) or English (not applicable to students of English studies) at a minimum level. B2

Comments:

  • The final decision to admit a candidate is made by the receiving university.
  • The scholarship holders are responsible for organizing the trip themselves.
  • At any time, the candidate may be asked to present original documents confirming achievements, distinctions and awards received.

Application deadline:  Friday 31 January 2025, until 12:00 pm Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Place of submitting applications:

Application (one e-mail containing all required documents shall be sent to the email address: grazyna.andrejuk@adm.uw.edu.pl  from the candidate’s university email address (§3 Order of the Rector of UW no. 279 from 10th December 2020). Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
