Project Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership „Realising the potential of the international mobility of staff in higher education” (REALISE) received the “Good Practice Example” Label from the French Erasmus+ National Agency. The University of Warsaw participated in the project works as a partner university, the activities were coordinated by the International Relations Office.
REALISE project results include: Survey Questionnaire, Comparative Analysis, Mapping Tool, Top management interviews, Training Module (Staff Mobility in the Spotlight), Handbook of Good Practices, Conclusions of the Policy Dialogue. More details and project results are available here.

Master and post-Master students and researchers in all disciplines, who are citizens of the Visegrad countries V4 (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovak Republic) can apply for a scholarship to study at any accredited university/institute within V4 and in countries of the Eastern Partnership or the Western Balkans.

On November 18th 2019 the University of Warsaw hosted a delegation from Tamkang University, Taiwan. The purpose of the visit was to discuss further bilateral cooperational (lasting since 2001) and to renew agreements of academic cooperation and student exchange. Tamkang University was represented by President Huan-Chao Keh, Vice-president, deans and representatives of administration, while the University of Warsaw was represented by Rector Marcin Pałys, Vice-Rector Jolanta Choińska-Mika, representatives of UW departments and International Relations Office.
