Who can apply: Undergraduate students (after completing the 1st year of studies)
Eligible units/fields of study: addressed to all faculties (‘nursing’ and ‘education’ are unavailable for exchange students)
Financial conditions:
- Tuition fee will be waived by the host institution;
- Costs of visa, tickets, insurance, handbooks, costs of living and accommodation are covered by a student;
- Insurance is obligatory. It is highly recommended to purchase required insurance package offered by the host institution.
- Students will be required to prove that they have the funds to cover the costs of room and board and other expenses, as stated on the website – https://www.lemoyne.edu/Admission/Financial-Aid – please note that the expenses stated on the website apply to the entire academic year

Required documents:
- Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
- Certificate of grade average from the entire period of study, issued by the Student’s Office at the unit – at least 3,49;
- Motivation letter justifying the choice of the receiving institution;
- Curriculum Vitae including information on academic achievements, distinctions, awards etc.;
- Certificate/proof of the English language skills (TOEFL paper based minimum 79, computer based 213, internet 79-80; IELTS 6.5, Duolingo 110; confirmation issued by the home institution may be also accepted).
- Declaration of having financial resources in the amount required by the partner university (approximately USD 10000 for stay for 1 semester).
Remarks:
- The receiving institution shall reserve the right to review the exchange enrolment request and make the final decision according the receiving institution’s internal regulations and the legal regulations imposed by the national and/or local authorities.
- Students accepted by the receiving institution shall obtain approval for the study programme from the Mobility Coordinator at their home unit at UW. Learning Agreement shall be signed by the student and both institutions within 3 weeks from the beginning of the exchange.
- Candidates may, at any time, be asked to show original documents providing achievements and received awards.

- Before departure, students accepted by the receiving institution are obliged to conclude an agreement with the University of Warsaw (at the International Relations Office).

Application deadline: Friday 24 January 2025, until 12:00 pm Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
