Financial conditions:
- Financial Support: the host university provides a scholarship (NTD 600 per day) and offers accommodation (single room).
- Other costs including, but not limited to, visa, travel, study materials, health and accident insurance, and other living expenses are covered by the UW employee.
Required documents:
- Consent form signed by the dean or head of the organisational unit;
- Motivation letter justifying the choice of the receiving institution and indicating the proposed dates of stay and the selected unit of the NTU;
- Curriculum Vitae including information on academic achievements, distinctions, awards etc. (in English);
- Research work plan indicating the compatibility of the area of research and existing collaboration/contacts with partners at NTU, including the names of academic staff with whom the candidate would like to cooperate (in English);
- A formal invitation from the host NTU staff member.
Remarks:
- NTU suggests that the nominated faculty members could plan co-teaching and the development of co-authored publications of research with NTU faculty members in addition to exploring national-level research projects funded by National Science and Technology Council of Taiwan and The National Centre for Research and Development of Poland/ Polish Academy of Sciences.
- The receiving institution shall reserve the right to review the exchange enrolment request and make the final decision according the receiving institution’s internal regulations and the legal regulations imposed by the national and/or local authorities.
- Selected candidates take care of the visa on their own in accordance with the procedures of the host country.
Application deadline: 21.08.2025 until 12:00 Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
