Period of stay and length of stay: winter or summer semester 2025/2026 (August – December 2025 or January – May 2026)
Number of scholarships: 1 one-semester spot
Who can apply: Students of 1st cycle and long-cycle master’s degree (after completing the 1st year of studies) as well as students of 2nd cycle
Eligible units/fields of study: all within the fields offered by the host university: https://www.pace.edu/academics, https://appsrv.pace.edu/ScheduleExplorer/ except the School Performing Arts in the Film Screen Studies and Pace Law School courses. The Lubin School of Business and The Dyson College Center for Global Psychology do not offer courses for graduate students.
Financial conditions:
- Tuition fee will be waived by the host institution;
- Costs of visa, tickets, insurance, handbooks, costs of living and accommodation are covered by a student;
Required documents:
- Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
- Certificate of grade average from the entire period of study, issued by the Student’s Office at the unit – at least 4,00;
- Motivation letter justifying the choice of the receiving institution;
- Curriculum Vitae including information on academic achievements, distinctions, awards etc.;
- Certificate/proof of the English language skills https://www.pace.edu/iss/prospective-students/j1-exchange-visitors, AY 2024-25 Pace Exchange Factsheet (TOEFL iBT 80, TOEFL PBT 550, IELTS 6.5). In the case of students attending a full degree program in which the language of instruction is English, the document issued (in English) by the Faculty, stating the level that allows active participation and passing classes is required – minimum B2;
- Declaration of having financial resources in the amount required by the partner university: approximately 15000 USD for 1 semester stay.
Remarks:
- The receiving institution shall reserve the right to review the exchange enrolment request and make the final decision according the receiving institution’s internal regulations and the legal regulations imposed by the national and/or local authorities.
- Students accepted by the receiving institution shall obtain approval for the study programme from the Mobility Coordinator at their home unit at UW. Learning Agreement shall be signed by the student and both institutions within 3 weeks from the beginning of the exchange.
- Candidates may, at any time, be asked to show original documents providing achievements and received awards.
- Students take care of the visa on their own in accordance with the procedures of the host country.
- Before departure, students accepted by the receiving institution are obliged to conclude an agreement with the University of Warsaw (at the International Relations Office).

Application deadline: Friday 14th February 2025, until 12:00 pm Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
