Number of scholarships: 2 students per semester
Who can apply: Students of 1st cycle and long-cycle master’s degree (after completing the 1st year of studies) as well as students of 2nd cycle
Eligible units/fields of study: addressed to all faculties

 Financial conditions

  • Tuition fee will be waived by the host institution;
  • Costs of visa, tickets, insurance, handbooks, costs of living and accommodation are covered by a student.

Required documents:

  1. Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
  2. Certificate of grade average from the entire period of study, issued by the Student’s Office at the unit – at least 3,49;
  3. Motivation letter justifying the choice of the receiving institution;
  4. Curriculum Vitae including information on academic achievements, distinctions, awards etc.
  5. Certificate/proof of the Spanish language skills – a language certificate or a document issued by the UW Centre for Foreign Language Teaching or by the lecturer conducting the language class – at least B2

Remarks:

  • The receiving institution shall reserve the right to review the exchange enrolment request and make the final decision according the receiving institution’s internal regulations and the legal regulations imposed by the national and/or local authorities.
  • Students accepted by the receiving institution shall obtain approval for the study programme from the Mobility Coordinator at their home unit at UW. Learning Agreement shall be signed by the student and both institutions within 3 weeks from the beginning of the exchange.
  • Candidates may, at any time, be asked to show original documents providing achievements and received awards.
  • Students take care of the visa on their own in accordance with the procedures of the host country. More details regarding the visa application you can find on the website: Cambio de calidad migratoria temporal… (duration of stay – 1 semester) or Cambiar calidad migratoria residente… (duration of stay – 1 academic year).
  • Before departure, students accepted by the receiving institution are obliged to conclude an agreement with the University of Warsaw (at the International Relations Office).
  • List of programmes available for foreign students can be found on the website: https://internacionalizacion.pucp.edu.pe/en/informacion-para-estudiantes-internacionales/sylabus-cursos-estudiantes-extranjeros-facultad/. Completed list of courses in English will be sent by email with the indications about the enrollment after students’ nomination.
  • Nominated students are required to submit the application documents (copy of passport, photo, transcript of records or enrollment certificate from university of origin and International health insurance) to PUCP until 30.06.2024. Detailed instruction on how to apply will be sent by the host institution to nominated student directly on 03.06.2024.

Application deadline:  Tuesday 7 May 2024, until 12:00 pm Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Application (one e-mail containing all required documents; subject: (Peru – PUCP – winter semester 2024/2025) shall be sent to the email address bwz.nabory.wymiana@uw.edu.pl from the candidate’s university email address (§3 Order of the Rector of UW no. 279 from 10th December 2020). Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
