Who can apply: students of minimum 2nd year of first-cycle studies or long-cycle studies, students of second- cycle studies
Eligible units/fields of study: all units of University of Warsaw
Financial conditions: free of charge participation in the language course, accommodation, half board, cultural programme ( course of Bulgarian songs and dances, excursion to Rila Monastery and to Plovdiv town).
The costs of the journey to Bulgaria, insurance or visa ( if applicable) are not covered.

Required documents:
- Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
- Motivation letter justifying the participation in the course;
- Certificate of grade average from the entire period of study, issued by the Student’s Office at the unit – at least 3,49
Application deadline: Wednesday 17 April 2024, until 08:00 pm Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Application (one e-mail containing all required documents with subject of email : Course of Bulgarian language 2024 ) shall be sent to the email address bwz.nabory.wymiana@uw.edu.pl from the candidate’s university email address (§3 Order of the Rector of UW no. 279 from 10th December 2020). Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
