Period of stay and length of stay: 4 scholarships for a period of 1 month in 2025

 Financial conditions:

  • scholarship of 1200 Euro
  • the cost of accommodation is covered by the scholarship holder

Required documents: in Polish

  1. Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
  2. Curriculum Vitae including information on academic achievements, distinctions, awards etc;
  3. research plan of the internship along with a justification for the selection of the host institution and with the indication of the scientific supervisor at University of Hamburg;
  4. letter of recommendation from an independent researcher of the UW.

  4. preliminary confirmation of admission from a research supervisor at the University of Hamburg.

Application deadline:  Monday 20 January 2025, until 12:00 pm Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Application (one e-mail containing all required documents shall be sent to the email address: grazyna.andrejuk@adm.uw.edu.pl  from the candidate’s university email address (§3 Order of the Rector of UW no. 279 from 10th December 2020). Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
