Solidarity with Ukraine – 4EU+ for Ukraine II / Final Project Meeting
In mid-December, the representatives of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, V. N. Karazin National University of Kharkiv and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv participated in the final project meeting, summarisig two years of the project „Solidarity with Ukraine – 4EU+ for Ukraine„, funded by the National Agency for Academic Exchange of the Republic of Poland.
First day was dedicated to overwieving the project results and discussion about the goals achieved. In the afternoon, the participants took part in a workshop „Communication and Customer Relations with Diverse Stakeholders within the University. Case Studies„, prepared by IRO UW. The idea was to work on real-life case studies and discuss the possible outcomes and solutions, using the techniques of the effective communication.

Second day of the meeting was also devoted to training – this time, it was a workshop „Equality Policies in HEIs – How to Develop and Implement Efficient Solutions Supporting Equality and Diversity at the University„, given by Anna Grędzińska, UW’s Equal Opportunities Chief Specialist. After a fruitfull discussion, it was time to wrap up the meeting and reflect on the sustainability of the 4EU+ for Ukraine Project.
