Visiting Students Programme

An international student who wishes to study at the University of Warsaw for one or two semesters.

In order to be eligible, the applicant has to be enrolled at a Higher Education Institution outside of Poland.

Visiting Students are required to register for UW courses worth at least 15 ECTS per semester.

Visiting Students study at UW on a payment basis.

1 teaching hour = 4 EUR

(A course that lasts a whole semester is usually 30h which means that it costs 30h x 4EUR = 120 EUR)

Required documents:

University of Warsaw Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)
Transcript of Records from recent studies or copy of the last achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)
Motivation letter
Language Certificate proving at least a B2 level of Polish or English
Scan of a passport or a national ID

Deadlines:

for the first semester and/or full academic year – May 15th
for the second semester – November 15th

Late applications may be subject to rejection.
